Establishing Credit with will extend credit to any "Approved Customer".  An Approved Customer is one who has established a line of credit with us by prepaying their first three orders. A credit check will be carried out based upon information submitted with your customer profile, and a suitable line of credit already established. We will notify you when your account is approved, generally within two (2) weeks of submitting your order.

Payment Terms

Prepay requires full payment prior to the production order for any customer who does not establish a line of credit.

Buyer agrees to pay Seller any sales tax and other taxes imposed on the sale of goods or provide Seller with acceptable tax exemption certificate. Additional payable freight charges due to audits per ICC regulations will be billed to Seller.

A $50.00 fee is assessed in all cases where a check is returned for Non-Sufficient Funds.

A 1.5% finance charge or the maximum permitted by law may be assessed against all accounts with past due balances. Seller is not accountable for delays in delivery due to acts of God or other circumstances of which Seller has no direct control. Factory shipments or delivery dates are the best estimates of our suppliers, and in no case shall Seller be liable for any consequential or special damages arising from any delay in delivery.

Seller warrants that all goods sold are free of any security interest and will make available to Buyer all transferable warranties made to Seller by the manufacturer of the goods. Seller makes no other express or implied warranties, and specifically makes no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose.

In those instances where the Buyer specifies a specific carrier and the freight is not added to the invoice, all goods become Buyer's property at the time it is accepted by the carrier.

Failure of Seller to insist upon the performance of any of the terms or conditions of this contract or to exercise any right there under shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such terms, conditions or rights in the future, nor shall it be deemed to be a waiver of any other term, condition, or right under this contract.

No terms and conditions other than those stated herein, and no agreement or understanding, in any way purporting to modify these terms and conditions, shall be binding on Seller without the Seller's written consent.

The invoice is a conditional acceptance by Seller of Buyer's offer to purchase Seller's goods. It may contain terms, which differ from or add to those contained in the Buyer's purchase order, and to the extent that this is the case, the seller hereby expressly conditions its acceptance of Buyer's offer on Buyer's assent to the additional or different terms. Buyer's receipt and retention of the goods covered by this invoice shall constitute acceptance of any such additional or different terms. Buyer and Seller agree that any contract hereby entered into has been made and is to be construed to under New York State Law.

By submitting a purchase order to Seller agrees to all the terms and conditions as set forth by our terms and conditions.

Order Changes/Cancellations will make every effort, upon your request, to change your order only if the production process is not already in process. At this stage, no additional change or cancellation fees will be added, however additional setup fees may be applied from the original quote depending on your necessities.

Once the order has reached the production stage, there will be cancellation or change charges incurred. In the case of changes, their will be additional set-up fees depending on your provisions.

Once an item has started production, cannot stop or change the order. You will be charged the original amount quoted for all orders cancelled at this stage.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped FOB from manufacturer's plants. Items deemed too large or too heavy will be sent via truck and Buyer will be notified. delivers to most locations in the United States (please call sales desk for locations), but due to UPS and carrier restrictions, cannot deliver to FPO, P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.

If you wish to ship your order and bill it to your account, please provide us with the carrier name and the account number on the order page.

At the time of ordering if you do not provide us with your shipping account information all shipping costs will be added to the invoice.

Please note that using Overnight or Second Day shipment does not mean that you will receive your order the next day. Delivery time is based on the time it takes to produce your order plus the shipping time.

If you have ordered various products, may ship from different facilities due to using different manufacturing facilities throughout the US. Therefore, your items may arrive to you at different times and in separate shipments. When ordering more than one product, you may indicate different methods of shipping per product.

When ordering 12 dozen golf shirts for a promotional event and 360 mugs for giving out to clients by your sales team. You could authorize to ship the golf shirts UPS Blue PM (second day) to make sure they arrive for the event. Given that there is no rush associated with the mugs, for cost saving purposes, they could be shipped ground and would arrive later.
Should the items be lost or damaged in shipment when using your account information, is not responsible for damages incurred to the shipment. All claims must be filed with the freight carrier. Split Shipments

Drop Shipments

All orders are allowed one drop shipment. Any additional drop shipment are $10 each
plus shipping costs.

Your company is based in New York City and you are having a trade show in Miami. You have ordered 500 t-shirts but only 100 are to be shipped to the corporate offices and the remaining 400 are sent to Miami. In this scenario there are no additional costs.

However, if you order 100 pen sets to be distributed as gifts where each pen set needs to be shipped to a different location. In this case, there is a $10 fee for each drop shipment plus shipping costs.

International Shipments will be glad to work with you and arrange any shipments outside the
United States. We will do our best to make sure that your order will clear customs without any problems. Keep in mind, we cannot guarantee a specific time or day when delivery will be made. In addition, we must stand by all national and international limitations on importing and exporting goods. Not every product will be able to be shipped to all nations. How long will it take to deliver your products?

The production time is based on how long the item takes to produce. You must also add
